How do I Cancel my Booking?

To cancel your booking, email info@halfaxe.com or call us (508-251-2815) with your booking ID #. We’re sorry to see you go!
Please note, every group is bound by the Cancellation Policy within the terms agreed to upon booking with us. Please refer to your booking’s terms, found in the confirmation email, for specific policy information, as the information below is for reference only.
Bookings have a 24 hour cancellation. After these windows of time, cancellations are non-refundable.
Events coordinated with staff have a 7 day cancellation policy.
