Does anyone teach me how to throw?

Yes. Throw your first axes while learning from our knowledgeable Coaches! They’ll make sure everyone is safe and sticking axes, no matter what your skill level is. Get 1-on-1 assistance as you learn our two throwing styles. Coaches are also available to the groups to ensure safety and fun throughout your booking.

Can I take photos and videos during my session?

You are free to take photos and videos during your session. We ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during the coach’s safety briefing and instruction for the safety of all participants. Share your awesome moments with us on social media and tag us—we’d love to see and share in the excitement!

Can I throw while pregnant?

You can participate in axe throwing while pregnant, but we strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider first. We advise you to make the decision at your discretion, taking into account your health, comfort, and your doctor’s advice.

Can I Bring My Own Axe/Hatchet?

We do not allow the use of personal axes/hatchets, darts, knives, etc. We provide axes for you and your party. Current or previous IATF league members are the only customers allowed to bring personal axes. Usage of your axe is still subject to inspection and approval.

Do You Allow Spectators?

Yes, we allow spectators. However, please note that all members of a group contribute to the maximum limit of 8 at each bay. This goes for whether they are just watching or throwing. Everyone in the group, including spectators, must be 15 years of age or older.

Is There an Age Restriction?

All members of a party must be at least 15 years of age. Additionally, any members of the party under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a legal parent or guardians. What should I wear?

We require players to wear closed-toed shoes. If we can see your toes, you can’t throw. No need to bring the steel-toed boots. Besides that, we recommend loose, non-restrictive clothing. You may also want to leave the heels at home.
